Recently stopping by some Weight Loss open forum, I have seen many people saying that they don’t like ’6 Week Body Makeover’ program. And in fact, the majority of those usually stopped the course within the first one or two weeks after trying out the program even they actually lost weight on their body. Why is it so? In what I saw in the most parts, there are two dislike categories that were mentioned mostly about this program are meal plans and exercises.

With people who enjoy eating good foods, they claimed that they don’t like this program because they had to eat the too bland meals every single day; also cheese and milk are limited. However, in the stand point and experiences of whom actually succeed in the program until the end, ’6 week body fit program’ worked out really great. Food taste is somehow not the main reason to hate about this program, because if people do some more research, they can find a lot more alternative seasonings and ingredients with low calories, taste good and also good for health.

Also, with the ones who are not really into exercises and only expect to lose weight by meal plans, they don’t like the program either. Good weight loss is including “eating healthy low calories meal + do exercises”, if we don’t do exercise then our body is not healthy, fat can’t be burned and muscle can’t be built up. Moreover, this program is not a diet program, according to the people who tried it, they said they usually eat 3-6 meals a day which would never have a chance to get starving like other diet programs require you to do.

Hence, with people who do not have much time during the day to do exercises and cooking; they obviously won’t like the program so much. Nevertheless, when anyone already put a goal to lose weight, they require some dedications into it to achieve the goal. ’6 week body makeover’ is so far one of very good programs out there which majority of people who took it until the end admitted it worked greatly and make them feel healthier.The course creates a better eating plan, since it provides you the information of the right healthy food for your body and who take the course can adapt the plan into routine after 2 – 3 weeks. Therefore, the contents of program can be good; nevertheless, the real judgment is from the ones who use it and if they really take all the advantages from the program yet.
